Someone, don’t remember who, gave me a loom for a birthday when I was about 9 or 10. I used it once and lost interest. Last time I visited my parents, I found the loom in the attic and thought I’d give it another go.
Here’s the result, a scarf for my mother. I used a silk/mohair/angora mix for the weft (click through to the flickr piccies and rollover your mouse to see what this means) and embroidery cotton for the warp.
